01. The service
Cyclada is an online-only, self-serve digital styling studio. It generates styling briefs, palettes, lighting plans, reveal previews and exportable Styling Packs as style references. It is a software subscription, not a licensed design, architectural, structural or electrical service.
02. What Cyclada does not do
- It does not sell, let, broker or value property, and is not a short-stay or booking platform.
- It does not provide property investment, financial, tax, legal or medical advice.
- It does not collect rent, deposits or any third-party funds.
- It does not guarantee that a real room will match a generated visual, or any outcome such as sale, rental or marketplace approval.
03. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Cyclada. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide.
04. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Shoreline and Aegean) are recurring subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe until cancelled. Monthly room allowances reset each period and do not roll over. There are no credits, stored balances or cash-out value. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
05. Acceptable use
You agree to use Cyclada lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not uploading others' property interiors without consent and not using staging visuals to mislead buyers or renters.
06. Your content and generated results
You keep ownership of room photos you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service, as set out in our Content License. Rights in generated outputs and their permitted use are also described there.
07. AI outputs
Outputs are automated style references and may contain inaccuracies in dimensions, materials or lighting. Always confirm real measurements and use a registered electrician for wiring changes. See our AI Disclaimer.
08. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cyclada is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on style references. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
09. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact support@santinve.shop.
